• Assessment Process: If you believe your rod has a defect, please contact us to arrange an assessment. All rods will be thoroughly checked before any defect is replaced.

• Stress Testing & Quality Assurance: Every rod we make undergoes rigorous stress testing to ensure durability and performance. We stand behind the quality of our rods, which are carefully crafted to meet high standards.

No Refunds:

• Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. We encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Replacement Process:

• In the event that a rod is deemed defective, we will replace the rod at our discretion. The defective rod must be returned to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping for any replacement.
